Reg to find location in the filled map

Hi,

Can you please let us know how to find the location in the filled map visualization. I can able to find location inside north america but when i choose PUERTO RICO, map is not showing the exact location.

please help on this.

I just tried to choose PUERTO RICO in the filled map as below, the map can show it correctly. Could you please help confirm if there is any difference between us?
