Refreshing dataset is not working : Something went wrong

After adding incremental refresh and publishing the report. i am unable to refresh the dataset. i put rangestart as 2/22 [even though i have data starting 1/1/2019 and rangened as 12/31/2021

    Please refer the link for "Incremental Refresh".

    Now a days Product Group Team release this feature for Pro users and document updated at 2/20.

    Please refer the link and if the issue is persists, please submit a ticket to investigate the issue.
