Refreshing a dataset in the shared environment

I need to refresh one of many datasets in a pbix file. The pbix is store in a workspace in the Power BI share capacity environment. I've been told it can be refreshed but I don't know the steps to accomplish this. How do I get started setting up this refresh task?
