Refreshing a dataset from datalake with app SPN

I have deployed a Power BI report with the 'Power BI action' in DevOps.

The deployment work fine.

However when I try to manually refresh the dataset it gives me an error:

I have develop the Power BI report with my personal account.

When I take over the dataset as my own i need to reenter my credentials with my personal account:

The DevOps release pipe uses the APP SPN to deploy the report.

The owner of the report is the APP SPN.

The APP SPN has sufficient rights to read the datafiles from the datalake.

Why can not the APP SPN refresh the dataset with sufficient rights?
