I'm running into some issues with refreshing reports in the service today. The scheduled refreshes are taking way longer than normal (>2 hours). And manual refreshes aren't working at all. I click refresh and the "preparing to refresh" pop up comes up for a bit then dissapears and nothing happens. Refreshes on Power BI desktop are working fine though. Is anyone else having issues or does anyone know how to solve it?

Hi. Which licence do you have? The usual non dedicated capacity environments have some limitations. One of the is a 2 hours window to refresh. After that it will fail. The time of the refresh can be related with the performance of the source, the complexity of the script (Power Query transformations) or the bandwidth if it's an onpremise source.
You might need to deep dive on those situations. DBs usually can show query timings in order to know if there is a performance issue on the source or the Transformations.

+1 having issues with running manual refreshes. Scheduled refreshes this morning 0500-0700 seems to have ran fine.
