Refreshed notification mail send at a particular time
Hi All,
Is there a way to send out email notifications(with content) to users whenver Report data gets refresh at a particular frequency(twice in a month)?
I have scheduled refresh for reports but also need to get email on successful refresh.

Hi Zaeem7,
You can use feature "subscribe to a dashboard or a report", please refer to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-report-subscribe. However, Subscriptions only send an email for the first successful refresh of each day. They are meant to distribute daily updates to users, not to monitor performance. Alerts for refresh performance are only failure alerts.
