The refreshed date in the workspace only shows the last date a refresh was attempted, not the last successful refresh, which is cofusing for the users.
Here is the date shown in the workspace (against the report)
When looking at the banner of the report, it shows correctly.
The date above in the workspace should match (it should say 1/6/23 12:26 as per below) not 2/6/23 12:12
If I look at the refresh history, the most recent date (which is failed Status) shows in the workspace, but it should show the last successful date.
That date is meaningless. Instead, use a date column from your actual data (like a "Last Modified Date" column) and use that tyo indicate how recent your data is.
Yeah, we do that in our reports... however it is confusing when users see those dates in the workspace
Pound on Microsoft to allow the hiding/removal of these dates.
