Refresh via Data Gateway - Credentials - Hang

I have a data gateway setup from sql. it works for the initial user however when I went to setup a second user I have an issue with the credentials. The second user shows as connected to the gateway but when I fix the credentials error with basic or windowswithoutimpersonation it just hangs. Has anyone else had this issue with a second user?

    Hi there

    Can you give more details around how you are configuring the second user?
    Is this on the Gateway with a new data source?
    Possibly create one data source connection and then add the user in the User's section in the Data Source
