Hello,
My data set (API based, tiny, maybe 20 rows of data) takes 3-5 seconds to refresh in My workspace
But 2-5 minutes(!) in another Workspace I have created...
I have done multiple tests including deleting dataset and reuploading... still the same
Any ideas why and how to fix this?
Thanks!
Hi @michaelshparber ,
Whether My workspace and the "other workspace" same locate in shared capacity or premium capacity? And the refresh is by manual or schedule refresh? It will consume resources(CPU, memory or network etc.) during a refresh operation. If there is no sufficient resource while refresh, it will impact the refresh progress...

Best Regards

@Anonymous
I am Pro user, no Premium Capacity.
Could be that when I manually refresh at a random time - there are more resources available at shares capacity?
Because scheduled refreshes are always at 30 min increments - maybe there is much more load at those times?
Thanks
Michael
Hi @michaelshparber ,
It will initiate the schedule refresh within 15 minutes in normal situation, but there will be one delay(maybe up to one hour) if the service can't allocate the required resources sooner.
Best Regards
Rena

Thanks Greg, I've already checked the Issues.
And before I open a ticket - I am looking for people that maybe have experienced the same and have the solution.
Anyone?
