Refresh summaries for Power BI
Can Power BI pro users access the refresh summary for power bi admin portal? without admin access.
I've had a few users check and they can only see the refresh summary but its currently blank.

Power BI pro license users have access to the refresh summary, and if they don't have admin access, they can't see the refresh history for others.
If you see that the refresh summary is blank , you may not be a capacity administrator, and it is recommended that you try to get an administrator.

Thanks one more question
As a Pro user they should be able to see their own refresh summaries? We don't have Premium so I can't assign capacity admins.
