Refresh problems with a report in P1 premium capacity

Dear,

 

We have a P1 Premium capacity and there is a report that we can´t refresh. Appears this error. Do you have any suggestions? The data sources are Ok. I wouldn´t like to delete and publish this report to solve this problem. The problem starts today only with this report. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi lawrenceabith 

     

    What happens when you go into settings, then data sources, then click on your dataset. Finally click on Refresh History, or error


    If you can post the error message that should help with more details.
