Refresh only working through Desktop

Anyone else having issues with refreshing datasets through your browser this afternoon? I keep getting errors saying my credentials are incorrect but refreshing through the Desktop application is working fine with the same credential and data source settings.

The whole day long there were problems with some of the Office365 services (identity service, power bi service). During the day I could rarely log to the service and if logged, errors were thrown constantly.

Now everything works for me and the PowerBI service is in status "restoring service".

Apparently there are intermittent issues with Azure AD in Europe today following an outage... Could be the cause.
