Impactful IndividualRefresh on Demand no longer working
Hi. I have 2 excel 2016 work books with powerpviot models saved in the same folder on Sharepoint. I conencted them up to Power BI and built a bunch of reports that all worked perfectly and for the last few weeks have been refeshing fine. I rightclick on each dataset and press refesh now and all good as long as the excel workbooks are closed.
Then a few days ago one of them suddenly changes and if I got to datasets/setting I no longer see the gateway. The list starts at OneDrive Refresh. So below are the 2 different settings
When I try to do a refresh on NAV Model I get this error
If I open the workbook and refresh the data in the workbook and save and close then I get that data in power BI.
Any clues what has gone wrong would be appreciated

Hi Idont think you are correct. I have a free licence as it says 1GB space. I have 2 datasets both pointing att he same source. One refeshes and the other doesnt.
I wound back a few versions and now get at least the gateway showing.. Now i have adiffernet issue os wil lstart a new thread.
Compelte mystery why this issue happened.

Which type of datasource you connect in excel file? Based on your error message, it seems like you connect to an unsupported data source.

masplinWell both models conenc tot he same data source!!! Its an sql database. The only differnece s the one that works links ot 1 table the one that doesnt to several table (on the same DB). However this structure hasnt changed for weeks and it was working a week ago and suddenly isn't.

Which license you use, free trial or pro? Current data gateway only support for pro license.
