Refresh not working in Power BI online

Hi All,

I am having some problems with Power BI online, I uploaded a dashboard and when I add new data I can refresh in the desktop version but am not able to do it online. It gives me the above error. Is it something to do with admin permission?

You'll need to install and configure data gateway, If you plan to use this for 24/7 with schedule refresh then i suggest doing it inside a  virtual machine environment to save cost.

@yuvanne_11  Can you click on "show details" to see further information on the error?
I assume you will need to add in the credentials in order to validate the connection.
