Refresh loads 490k records and then hangs

Power BI refresh from an SSAS cube. The issue happens with both Desktop and Service. It loads 496k records and then hangs at the same point with no good description of why. I cannot set up incremental loading as I'm supporting something legacy and they don't want that. It worked for a few days and now this is a new error. The cube properly updated and the tables behind the cube updated. It's supposed to load around 2.8 million records. It fails right at 496k.

RESOLVED:

Had to change cube attributes to REMOVE on InvalidXMLCharacters

REQUESTED:

Sorry for that we cannot reproduce this error on my side, but based on my research, it seems there are some invalid character in Table: Sales Invoice, Please refer to those similar threads:
