For the last several weeks, I have been experiencing this issue across several of my Power BI reports.
When I try to refresh in the desktop version, it will give me random errors like "Circular Reference", "Data set A dependant on Data set B" etc.
But if I keep trying, it usually works on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th try. There is *nothing* wrong with my data set or any of the relationships, because it ALWAYS works eventually if I just keep trying.
ALL of my data sources are either Excel or .csv files, and they are not modified between attempts. I am certain This is a bug.
