Refresh issue with Power BI embedded
Hello Guys,
I am facing a refresh issue in an embedded environment where the schedule refresh it is getting disabled as the embedded service is getting paused or sometimes randomly, which should not happen eventually.
Somethings as the capacity is paused the Refresh is getting disabled and sometimes it doesn't.
My question is does the schedule refresh gets disabled as the capacity is paused?

Nimai123 - Generally refresh gets paused after multiple failures. Do you see those in your refresh logs? Otherwise, I would check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.

The refresh logs haven't failed.
Yes, I have a raised a support ticket, just trying to reach the community if this issue was faced earlier by anyone.

Please open the history of refresh failed records then we can find more details and get the active id to trace the detailed error message from power bi.
