Refresh history

Is it possible to see who or what the refreshes was triggered by?

  • Hi Anonymous ,

The Refresh history in the Service does indicate if a refresh ran by a Scheduled refresh or by a Manual refresh.  But, it does not indicate the userid that requested it when it was manual or which userid set it up to run automatically.

At this time, I believe that the API only lists the same information and doesn't give a userid but perhaps you could dig deeper into the API options to see if I am incorrect.  That said, and assuming I am correct, this sounds like a great idea.  You can create an idea here Ideas (powerbi.com)  And then, please let us know the idea that you created so that we can vote for it as well.
