Refresh gateway POWER BI
Hello,
we are facing an issue with power bi while doing a refresh, below the error message we get :
"Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

need more details:
-how many cluster members?
-what is the gateway version on each?
-any of the members offline?
-did you try restarting all cluster members?
-have all but the standard connectors disappeared (usually points to a borked cluster member)

I really thank you for your reply,
actually i'm not the main user of this solution, but i can tell you that the GW is only installed in one server. The version of the GW is 3000.31.3, you have mentionned "have all but the standard connectors disappeared" actually when i verify the connectors path which is : "C:\Users\PBIEgwService\Documents\Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors" i dont find these two folders "Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors" is it normal ?
