I really thank you for your reply,

 

actually i'm not the main user of this solution, but i can tell you that the GW is only installed in one server. The version of the GW is 3000.31.3, you have mentionned "have all but the standard connectors disappeared" actually when i verify the connectors path which is : "C:\Users\PBIEgwService\Documents\Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors" i dont find these two folders "Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors" is it normal ?

That's a really old version. Any reason for not updating?

    i have just updated it to v3000.45.7, as i said i'm not very good at this,

     

    so we'll do the test and get back to you in case of an issue.
