Hi everyone,
I`m importing from Business Central in the cloud, using scheduled refresh.
For a few months everything workd fine, but a few days ago each refresh failed and gave me the following error message:
Dynamics365BusinessCentral: Request failed: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
When I`m refreshing in Power BI desktop it works fine. The fail is only in the service.
I tried to clear cache, to clear premission and re-enter credentials.
I opened a service ticket in microsoft but the also don't really know what to do and it takes time, and in the meanwhile my customer doesn't get his reports.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of error, and can provide advice on what to do?

While you are waiting for Microsoft to reply, try to publish the same dataset/report into a new workspace and try a new connection/refresh to see it that works.

I published the report to the account's My Workspace and it gave me the same error message...
Any more ideas?
