Refresh fails in Service saying Access Token has expired

The Power BI report refreshes fine locally, However when published to PBI Service it say Access token expiored resubmit with a new one, Tried to do this by going to the  Data Source credentials and gateway and cloud connections, b ut there isn't any option in this to go through the authentication process again, 

This report connects to 1 dataflow and 4 tables from ON PREM DB, so combination of both cloud and ON PREM connection 

any idea how to get this to refresh successfully

Hi, @shaikhzdandg 

It is recommended that you use the following methods to troubleshoot the problem.

1. Is your current gateway up to date, after upgrading the gateway you can try to recreate the connection instead of the existing connection method.

2. Check that other datasets that use the gateway refresh properly when the connection is properly configured. If not, log in to the gateway again to refresh the tokens.
