Refresh failing

Hi,

I am trying to perform a scheduled refresh. The data sources are SQL SERVER and few CSV/EXCEL files. The refresh takes a really long time and has been failing always. Using OAuth2 authentication, I have also set up incremental refresh. The SQL SERVER tables have around 7M rows. I am not sure if this is a timeout error or something else.

Thanks

Hi @Udayreddee ,

Do you connect to SQL Server in Direct Query mode? Have you tried to update the latest version of Gateway and then re-configure your credentials?

Best Regards,

Yuna

Please provide link for gateway latest version!

This is the error message i got.

@Udayreddee

As per the error message, the cause seems to be the incorrect credentials, please re-check the credentials and try.

The credentials which i have given are correct but still getting same error.

Refresh works fine in Power BI desktop but Fails in Power BI service.

I have also parallely set up for Incremental refresh on other dataset, from then we are facing this Issue, before schedule refresh was working fine.
