Refresh failed using a data getway connector when we append two different sources

Hello,

I have two data sources, snowflake and big query, we created an on-premise datagetway for Google big query using an ODBC connector, when we try to refresh on desktop it works fine, but it failed in services.

I tryed with separate tables one for GCP and one for snowflake on cloud and it works on the service, but when I append both tables the refresh failed.

does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

NB: privacy level is setted as Organisational
