Refresh failed- "Workbook updates are in progress. Please try again later."

Hi,

I've updated a document a few hours ago, after that I've tried to refresh the report by choosing "REFRESH NOW" in the menu.

The refresh failed, the error message is "Workbook updates are in progress. Please try again later". Now, more than 4 hours later the refresh still failed with the same error message.

What should I do?

    Hi,

    Have you found any solution to this problem. I have the same issue that happens intermittently and I cannot seem to find a proper way to get past it.
