Refresh failed for SAP HANA datasource

hi there, i have a sap hana datasource added to gateway which is installed on azure server. But when we refresh the dataset i get the below error. "comunication link failure: 10709 connection faile...

HI Anonymous,

 

It seems more related to SSL credentials issue. Have you install valid credentials on both service(datasource server) and client(device which installed gateway) side?

 

If not, I'd like to suggest you take a look at following links about configure credentials:

Configure HTTPS (SSL) for Client Application Access

 

In addition, please double check your credentials to confirm if they are invalid.
