    Hi neonguyen ,

    Do you have the refresh when you click Refresh button in Power BI Desktop?

    In addition, have you changed some data type in your data source recently?

    Based on the error message, please check the table columns type in SEC_2019_Enrollment .

    Besides, there is a similar issue which has been solved you could refer to.
