Hello everyone,
As I was testing a very simple R script to check if the refresh was working properly on my dataset, I came accross this error:
These are the two data sources that I am using (R and SharePoint) and the credentials seem fine:
Any ideas on where the error is from ? We use an enterprise gateway so I don't think it is a gateway problem.

Hi, @Anonymous
If you are using the data source of the R script/Python, then you can only use a personal gateway to refresh.
Reference: Use R in Power Query Editor - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

hi @Anonymous - Can you please confirm if the R script is referring to a data file or source which is not hosted on Cloud? The screenshot is not too clear but from what I can interpret the connectivity is failing as it is trying to access a on-prem source but there is no Gateway setup.

hi @Sumanth_23 ! the R script is referring to a data file that is on sharepoint (an excel file). It is just a simple table with two columns : i'm trying to add the columns together in a third column.
hi @Anonymous - Are you the owner of the published dataset? If yes, do you see the option of "Data Source Credentials" in the dataset properties?
You can try and re-enter the credentials for both your sources using the "Edit Credentials" option here - this should setup your credentials for refresh.

I am the owner of the published dataset but I don't have access to "Data Source Credentials" (as you can see it is grey in the picture I uploaded)
