Refresh dataset (or run Power Automate flow) using SharePoint Web Part button?

Struggling to find a solution to this. 

I basically want a button or something similar on my sharepoint page where I click and it will refresh my dataset in Power BI service. I have my Power BI report added as a web part on my sharepoint page, but there's no option there to refresh the dataset. There is a refresh button, but think that only works if the data model changes.

I tried adding a button which takes me to a power automate flow (which refreshes the dataset), which I then ned to manually run. This is not ideal.
