Refresh dataset failed with DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError error AADSTS50194 OAuth2

Since the beginning of october refreshing of a dataset (web - OAuth2) failed. Before it worked fine.

Refreshing dataset in Power BI Desktop works fine.
