Hello,
I am not able to open report from powerbi.com, I got allways the same message : "Something Went Wrong"
I can not either refresh my datasets
I do not understand what is wrong with my reports / datasets, I check on :
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/status/
All the services are OK.
Could you confirm that there are problems with the service (I am on EUROPE / NORTH EUROPE) ?

Thank you for your reply,
I am using a SSAS source, I see the user connected and realized the query (with a sql profiler)
It seems that the problem is when the result is sent :
- Or there is a problem between the gateway and the source
- Or there is a problem between the gateway and powerbi.com
I do not know what to check and how to see where is the problem.
Finally we found that there was an option on the GateWay :
a chackbox with "HTTPS".
When selecting this option, it seems to work.
Hello,
Thank you for all your replies,
I confirm that now we can open and see our reports,
But we still are facing an issue with the refresh :
"The gateway operation has been cancelled explicitly by the user or from a timeout."
Or
"Cannot connect to the mashup data source. See error details for more information."
We checked our GateWay, it seems to be functionnal, we really do not know why all these errors occur when refreshing...
Anyone has an idea ?
I get this sometimes and its related to "Max Connection Error" variable in MySQL Db.
What's your source?

Hi @Salonic,
This issue should has been mitigated now. Please log on your Power BI Service again to see if it works.
