Steps to Set Up Power Automate Flow

  1. CreateAutomated cloud flow.
  1. Trigger the flow when the file is updated:
    • Choose "When a file is modified (properties only)" (for SharePoint)
  2. Add an action to refresh the Power BI dataset:
    • Click "New Step".
    • Search for Power BI and select "Refresh a dataset".
    • Select the workspace where the dataset is located.
