Refresh Timeout of dataset in Power BI Service (data source: dataflows) but not in Power BI Desktop

Hi,

A dataset that I have published on Power BI Service has a problem with refreshing. Dataset is small around 60MB and sources are few dataflows from the same workspace. Sometimes the refresh is successful but it takes almost 2 hours.
When I am refreshing this dataset using a Power BI desktop it takes less than 20 min.

I would be grateful for any advice.

Best regards,
Margaret

Hi @Anonymous

This will happen because the dataflows are running on shared capacity and due to this it takes more time for the process to complete.

The only option if you want this to run quicker is to use Premium Per User or Premium with the enhanced compute engine.
