Refresh Power BI Personal Gateway

This happened to me once in the past after updating the Gateway. I ended up deleting the gateway through my control panel. After removing it, I did a clean installation and updated my desktop as well. I have had no issues since then.
Of course, I had multiple copies due to updating the gateway in the past. I had never checked to see if updates removed or overwrote the old copy.
I had the same issue a while ago but did what kcantor did. Reinstall of everthing and it started working again.
