Refresh Power BI Personal Gateway

Hello,

I setup Power BI personal gateway a few weeks ago and it had been working great. Until randomly I am getting these errors when I try to refresh the data?

Last refresh failed: Mon Feb 22 2016 09:56:08 GMT+1000 (E. Australia Standard Time)
An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset.

We have the same error when you update the data source.
Is there any solution?

I have the same problem but I have just installed the gateway

This happened to me once in the past after updating the Gateway. I ended up deleting the gateway through my control panel. After removing it, I did a clean installation and updated my desktop as well. I have had no issues since then.

Of course, I had multiple copies due to updating the gateway in the past. I had never checked to see if updates removed or overwrote the old copy.

I had the same issue a while ago but did what @kcantor did. Reinstall of everthing and it started working again.

I am suffering the same problems : randomly some of the data sources or model stops refreshing. 

Has anybody any hint ??
