Refresh Paginated Report when completing business process

Hay, 

I have migrated a SSRS report into PBI Report Builder and published to the service. 

Overview
The report produces a table of items, based on 3 parameters, this gives a list of items linked a SQL server.  The customer can then do the business process and amend the data.  In SSRS report format (on the webpage folder) they can just click on the View report button and the data will refresh.  However, in PBI Service, they have to put the parameters in again to run the report. 

Question

Can this behaviour be replicated in PBI service? 

When I refresh the page, the Parameters are cleared, also the View Report button is grey out so no options to push to refresh the report. 

Any ideas on if this is possible?
