Refresh Now permissions
Hello,
Have a list of users with Pro lic available.
Created by Account owner workingspace shared across pro users with only View permission.
How end user with pro lic and View only permissions can Refresh Now related dataset?

No, it's not supported. Users with "view only" permission can't refresh the dataset in Group. You have to assign them edit permission to do data refresh.
