Refresh Indicator in Visuals

Is there a way to customize the Refresh Indicator (grey spinning wheel) in the upper left of the visuals?

Unfortunately no.  Is there a particular reason?

The Refresh Indicator is small and obscured by the Title in the upper left corner of the visual.  A client was asking to have the indicator placed in a more visible position. Perhaps in the middle of the visual.

Understandable. But unfortunately we cant customize that.
