Refresh History shows completed but Report and Dataset didnt refresh

We have a pbix file published in 2 different workspace and shared differently. Workspace 1 is shared via Publish to Web and the other is shared through App Creation. We have scheduled refresh set every 2 hrs from 6am Melbourne time. The dataset and report in Workspace 2 (App) is updated but tthe other report (Publish to Web) didnt update although refresh history says completed.

On demand refresh takes forever to finish on the workspace that is used to Publish to Web while it takes minutes for other dataset to refresh. Note: they are exactly same pbix file.0101020203030404

Hi @FBCvetkova

Thanks for reaching out to us.

This may be due to caching. If the report is not updated with the scheduled refresh, try clicking the REFRESH VISUALS button in the upper right corner of the report.

In addition, you can also try to open the browser's private mode to log in to view the report.
