Refresh HELP!!

Hi everybody.   I need help with the refresh. I'm making something wrong, and I can't realize what is!.  It's simple, but I don't know where my problem is:   1) I have some TXT. and Excel files ...

    SOLVE:

     

    I could solve the issue. I checked all the dates in the .txt and there was some wrong dates, with years like "2108, 9004,...". I filtered or modified that dates, and the service refresh works perfect.

Yuliana, thank so much for your quick answer and for take time to help me.

 

I checked everything you said (and the link and video that you shared), and I start all from the beginning. The result was strange, because I could successfully refresh a Dataset (in the BI service) whose data was two excel files (that were in my PC).I felt great and I thought that I solved the problem, but after that I tried with another dataset (which has txt files and excel files), and the refresh failed and I get the msg below.
