Refresh Failures - No details given, completely blank?

Hi all

Got a curious issue that just popped up this morning. 2 datasets failed to refresh on the service, but when we went to look at the details of the failure they show nothing, completely blank. See pic...

I have updated the gateway to latest version, restarted the server, refreshed the failing datasets and got same result. Tried in both Chrome & IE11 browsers, both showing same.

Anyone any ideas before I open a support ticket?

I think I found the cause, the error message was in the mail, and it had 100's of lines like this in it...  'All\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tJun  

All other refresh failures gave a normal message so am going to go with fact that this cause the trouble.
