I wanted to let you know how I resolved this issue in the end.
1) I changed the source of all my tables within Power Query Editor from the web link (to SharePoint via the URL link of each excel workbook) to the SharePoint folder connection. Avi Singh has a fantastic quick video showing the 3 methods of getting data from from SharePoint.
2) By this connection (SP folder) you can set up the automatic refresh within Power BI Service (App)
I hope this can help other users too

Greg_Deckler thanks for your reply. No it has not! I have read your articles and attempted a few of the solutions however I am at a loss as I have built models yet not delved into the technicalties as per the article.
Any further help would be appreciated?
Thanks

Anonymous The general problem seems to be related to privacy levels, have you set all of the queries to ignore privacy levels?

Greg_Deckler Hey, yes they're set to ignore privacy levels yet still no jot 😞
