Refresh Excel Pivot Table Tile On Dashboard

I would like to ping an excel pivot table to our dashboard and am curious to know if the pivot table tile on dashboard will update upon data source update? We connect the excel worksheet to an SSAS data dube and the cube refreshes. Should I manually update the dashboard tile or it will be taken care of by PowerBI?

    No. If an Excel Workbook contains data model from SSAS, it will not update automatically with SSAS cube update. And you can't configure scheduled refresg. You have to refresh the data manually. Please see: Data refresh in Power BI.
