Refresh Error

My company is getting this error for all dataset refreshes that use our On-premises data gateway. We've checked on the gateway status and things look correct. The error is thrown within 1-2 seconds. ...

    Solution: There was a SQL certificate that was not selected. Once that selection was toggled, refreshes began working properly.

    This has happened once before. For some unknown reason, in the setting below where there is normally a certificate selected, the selection somehow became unselected. All our admin did was to reselect it and apply. I think he also restarted the SQL server.
