Refresh Error on Service - but fine on Desktop

Hi Folks

I built a report consisting of a number of graphics  (bar chart & KPIs & Tables) in PowerBI Desktop. I have sucessfully refreshed this report on desktop. I then published teh Report to the BI Service. However When I manually manually refresh the datasource  (Data source = SQL Azure), and manually refresh the report in PowerBI Service the KPI visualisations in the report disappear.  Screenshots below

Can anyone advise a Fix?  I have a very frustrated client, so any workarounds would be appreciated. Unfortunately I cant post the orginal file as it has confidential data.
