Refresh Error in Service but not in Desktop

Hello and thank you in advance for help!

I have been receiving the below error while trying to refresh (manually and scheduled) my dataset in BI Service. There are no errors in Desktop. The only way now I can refresh is to re-upload the report daily (not efficient). Has anyone dealt with the below error or have any suggestions? So far I have:

• Deleted the report and dataset in Service and re-uploaded
• re-installed my gateways

These have not worked.

FYI I cannot share the dataset due to proprietary information.
