Refresh Error Unable to connect to Datasource
Starting on afternoon 12/16 my schedualed refreshes of dashboards started failing resulting in the Unable to connect to datasource error (below). There has been no change to the server infrastructure...

The gateway software was recently released with an update. Have you confirmed that the software on the server has been updated? That said, the error is stating the SQL is timing out. After confirming that the gateway software is updated, you might want to modify your query to extend the timeout time on your query(ies).
