Hello Community!
One of our users regularly and randomly encounters problems with access to all resources on the service. The problem she gets is usually just
"Something went wrong. Please try again later." with the timestamp and Activity ID.
Google chrome is used to consume the reports. Although we already tried clearing the cookies and/or cache in different ways - sometimes it helps, but not always.
No problems with signing in or with access to specific content - when the problem occurs, even the home page doesn't load and any report as well.
Do you have any ideas what else should we pay attention to? Usually the issue is fixed automatically after some time, but since it happens quite frequently, our user is upset. We didn't notice such regular problems among other users. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
