Recover a report embedded link

Is there a way to recover a link under which a report was published once and then for some reason it changed?

    Was the URL deleted i,e the report deleted? or is it still avaible as another report and you are looking to exchange a URL?

      The second option, the report was once published and that link is still valid. In deed, I would like to exchange the link

    There is currently no way to do it.
