Recover a report deleted from Shared with me

Some of our org users accidentely deleted reports from Shared with me and I am now trying fix this so they can see the reports in SwM again.  I tryed to replicate this myself and so far could not find the solution.
So what I tried:

I am a workspace owner, I shared a report with myself and then went to Shared with me and hit delete.

Now I need to make the report appear again in Shared with me, so I removed myself from Access, saved and then shared again. The report still does not appear in Shared with me (I cleaned browser data, tried different browser, restarted computer - nothing changed). Users still can access the reports though (using direct link or from Favorites).

Any Ideas guys?
