Rebind reports into users' personal workspaces

I believe that this is not possible - you can not rebinding reports in personal workspaces ("My Workspace") via the REST API becuase it is restricted unless the API call is made by the owner of that personal workspace. Shared workspaces work differently and you can use the Rebind Report In Group API to rebind reports across datasets and workspaces, as long as you have the necessary permissions.
